To whom it may concern: I would like to take a moment to voice my concern with the proposed rule for business opportunities. This would greatly affect my business as well as those who are wanting to start a business. When an interested person decides to start their business, they should have the opportunity to start it at that time. To have a waiting period would be tying up customers money and product, as well as decreasing the opportunity for the new consultant to have a successful start with the people in their lives that are ready to help. Please reconsider the proposal and allow our businesses to continue to grow and allow those who choose to start their own the opportunity for a successful start.
