I am writing in opposition to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule. Why do you want to make it difficult, even impossible, for small businesses to succeed?. We are overregulated - regulated to death. I am a small business owner - I am the sole proprietor. To require me to wait seven days to sponsor someone is an unnecessary requirement. And to find ten people in my area who have purchsed my products is an impossible burden. I am a Shaklee Distributor - all that is required of a new member is a small membeship fee which I submit to Shaklee Corporation with either a social security number or i.d. number of some sort, i.e. drivers license. Please do not overburden us with this, to me, unnecessary regulation. Small businesses are the heart of the U. S. economy. Please help us by minimum regulations. I don't see how I could follow these suggested regulations. I love my business as it helps my customers enjoy better health. My Company has the highest ethical standards. Please let us conduct our business with undue burdening us.
