I am writing this letter because I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I believe that in its presented form, it could prevent me from continuing as a a Distributor with NetWorthUSA and destroy my small business. I was able to retire early from my 24 year job as a police officer due to the products (taught me to invest in real estate) my company offeres. I don't understand the idea behind a 7 day waiting period with an industry that spends so much personnal time educating their customers when everyone can spend lots of money watching late night sales pitches for junk and you don't regulate them. I could have never gotten this training that changed my life off a shelf or from the TV. Please don't let this happen to this great industry. Gary Cass
