I have been an IBO now for three years. I am affilliated with an organiation that has gone above and beyond board in my not only my financial gain but also my personal development. I have seen many people in this bisiness from where they were when they started and where they are today and this has been a true blessing. Free Enterprise is what we are all about, but we need to remember Freedom is not FREE. Where can you go in this country and at the start of our functions can you say a prayer and say the pledge and not have somebody complain of something. Is'nt this what are servivce men and women fight and die for, is our freedom in this country ? I am also a veteran and i'm sure that our men and women are turning in there graves seeing what has happened to " Freedom ". When I joined Quixtar I recieved all the information needed to make my discission of why to join this organization. There was no pressure, and if I wasn't satisfied I had the opportunity to cancel my membership. They also gave me points of information to look into and do my own dull-dilligence. This is what we were taught and this is how I register each and every one of my IBO's. All of our prospects understand that this is not a get rich quick, it does take hard work and it's work on there time. We do not force or demand people to work this buisness, but they know that the sucess comes to the ones that work the buisness. Also our buiness is a 100% guaranted and if your not satisfied you'll recieve all your money back. #1) Most people don't register the first day, and if they do so choose than why not let them. They have the option to cancel there membership. #2) If I'm going to interview for a job and requested a list of references from the employer to check out the buisness is he required to give them to me ? #3) Same as above ! Would an owner be required to disclose those. What about " false accusations " where is the protection from that ? #4) Again if all buisness are required to release disclousers than we should. #5) Same as above ! I think that if we are a " Free Enterprise " country than we should have the freedom to do what ever buisness that is available to use. It is our responsibility to look into the funtion of that buisness and from that we make an educated choice of what we are to persue. Yes everything is not free and yes there is alot of hard work needed, if someone is willing to put that effert forward than he or she should recieve the benifits from that labor. Yes there are alot of marketing programs out there for people to look at, but if you really looked into Quixtar and saw exactly what has been done and what is being done these proposals would not be and are not necessary towards our buisness. These proposals are unfair and not needed, I and we would appreciate your concideration on this matter. Thank You Very Much, Joel Berger
