I am an IBO with Quixtar working in the Connecticut area of the United States, I have been in business for three months and have not only enjoyed the experience I am grateful for all the great people in my support group. All the information covered in "Business Opportunity Rule, R511993", was covered before my decision to become an IBO with Quixtar was made, we are ethical business people and we are not promoting a get rich quick scheme, I tell all prospects that this business involves hard work and above all honesty, as I feel my business will increase as my name in known and connected with Quixtar. I feel what you propose by limiting my new IBO's turnaround time is unfair to both them and me and will negatively effect my income and theirs. I say in closing, I am an honest, proud business owners committed to making my business sucessful and helping others do the same.
