There are a few rules on the Trade Regulation Rule on Business Opportunities that wont work. I have been in this business since 1985 and have seen alot of people. Some things work and some don't. Showing income [personal] is no ones business but mine. Most people ask anyway. If you tell thats bragging. If I have to show income then every one should show income. Including you. Also a person starting wont have any income and that could send the wrong message of what the prospect could do. The list of legal allegations is not a good thing because most are from disgruntled people that did not do the work. They try the easy way out to income. If someone asks I tell them what I know or look it up on the internet. If I have to do this then doctor, lawyers, other business and you should have to show this too. The 7 day wait. When they wait the prospects dreams and goals for them and their family starts to fade. It also gives them to talk to people that dont have any idea of what this business is about and give them the wrong information. Its like me trying to tell people what you do. Do you think I would get part of it wrong? Anyway what do they have to loose if they can get their money back. Car business is the same. Should they have to wait 7 days? Also give people 10 IBO's in the area. There may not be 10 in the area. Those 10 may not be doing anything which is not a good idea to talk too because they dont know what they are doing and they may be in another group that is doing a different promtion or different meetings that will cause dought and problems. We try to get new people to meet people in our own group. Also those 10 would be glade to steal your prospects. It has happend to me!!! I am glade that you all are there to protect the people. Some of your proposed ideas are good and some arent. I have seen alot of business come and go. The ones that have good leadership, code of ethics, moral values, and follow the legal rule without trying to bend them will stick around. Thanks, Jerry Officer
