Esteemed Commission Leaders, I would like to say a few words regarding the proposed ruling on business opportunities. As a Quixtar Independent Business Owner, i feel that it is unjust to include Quixtar among the fraudulent "get-rich-quick" schemes that exist in the business world. Quixtar, although not perfect, should not be branded with such a label. It is a valid business opportunity which is aiming to help people achieve financial independence. I should know, because the money that I earn will help finance my college education, and enable me to pursue my dream of becoming a cinematographer in major motion pictures someday. These measures that would be in place would violate Quixtar's guarantee of privacy, and would discourage many prospective business owners from joining the Quixtar structure, giving them a chance at success. Although the measures would get rid of quick rich schemes, the proprietors of these scams would find ways around these rulings. So in short, please revise this draft, because although i support the elimination of fraud, it is inevitable. Quixtar is no such business and it deserves to remain as it is.
