I am writing in regards to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule that you are trying to pass. I have to say that as a fairly new consultant the rule you are tyring to pass would severly bog down my chances of becoming a successful advisor. The information that this rule would require us to present to potential recruits is over the top. I don't feel that myself coming into the business would have felt any better had I known that information and I feel that I made a very informed decision on the information that company readily supplies. I feel this ruling would just be another way to hold back the working class from getting ahead. Why is this ruling even being considered? From one advisor that is excited about her future, please do not make things harder.
