I just wanted to say that this could make recruiting for all of us advisors very hard to do. I am trying to work on recruiting right now and make it my priority...this would be a difficult procedure to add to the process. As a stay at home mother, it would be alot easier to better the quality of life for my children if my business could grow throughthe process of recruiting, raising the income potential for me and my 2 young daughters.
