I believe that the FTC's considerations are not to promote free enterprise, although I do support getting down on the business that are not legitimate businesses that bring financial harm to individuals. As for my experience a large waiting period is not necessary for a legitimate business who will always give a money back guarantee. Disclosing personal financial information is infringing on our rights to privacy. Any disclosure of lawsuits, arbitrations, and legal claims would have to be done for all businesses like Doctors, Lawyers, Restaurants, people are well disposed to look for false accusations and misrepresent. Also to provide personal financial documents again is infringing on our privacy rights. Personally I think that a legitimate business will always disclose a standard average monthly gross income, but that is not always the case because there are so many different people with different abilities, not everyone’s success is based on how much money they make, it is how much they can make if they are able to follow the system provided in a particular business. Not everyone looses weight on a particular diet system depending on that personality. Besides no real legal business should ever promise how much money someone can make, it is still how hard a person works at it. This business model is one of the most incredible ideas I have ever come in contact with and it is not only a business that possibly (no promises ever made) can create substantial income but it creates life changing experiences and has given the opportunity to work with the finest people of good quality. My children have changed with this business for the better. We have been in businesses before that have just bellied up for not being able to handle their business model but such is the life of free enterprise. I do agree there are fly by night businesses that take people financially, but I think a list of legitimate businesses especially those that have been in business for more than 10 years that could be available for the new prospect to know that there are getting into a legit business. I do thank the FTC for looking out for us, but be careful not to destroy what our rights to free enterprise stand for in America. Thank you
