July 12th,2006 My wife and I have been in business for 24 years with a company that utililizes multilevel marketing. In that peroid we have had no complaints from members coming into are getting out of the business. I would urge you not to pass rule R511993, These new regulations would cause undue delays and further burdens for small business owners like us all over the country. We appreciate all the good work that FTC does to protect the public but these rules would hurt legitimate companies and small business owners alike nationwide.
