I have read over the concerns of the FTC, and while I applaud their efforts to make business ownership a pleasant experience for any interested prospect, some of the guidelines presented dont seem to be fair to the companies that are good and being fair in the marketplace, companies that allow prospects to get their money back within 180 days of starting, companies that have an impecable service record, and companies that give so much back to the community. The proposed actions like waiting 7 days would delay and possibly diverge prospects from considering a business opp, where in our field 7 days would allow someone to be well on their way, if they so chose to do so. I urge you to think long and hard about what the propisitions will do to honest people who are looking to create a secondary source of income, where time is short already, delaying prospects who are ready to register, could cost alot of people alot of money.
