To whom it may concern: I am writing in regards to Business Opportunity Rule R511993. While there are fraudulant groups and individuals that exist in any marketplace, this proposed rule seems to be targeting legitimate companies and people as well. As someone who's been pursuing the American Dream from the comfort of my own home, I can say I am truly blessed. The direct selling industry has contributed in untold ways to my health, my happiness, and 100% of my personal growth! The blessing is in the fact that I get to teach others, who desire to learn, how to do the same thing. This rule seems to really cast a "cloud of suspicion" over an industry that has been documented to contribute billions to the U.S. and world economy. Together, perhaps we can find more effective, and more fair ways, to protect the public from fraud and deciet, and at the same time, allow the public unfettered access to thier full potential selves, living and pursuing the American Dream.
