1. I appose the 7 day wait after they have seen an opportunity. A fair cancellation clause should be sufficient. 2. I object to requiring references of 10 other participants in the area. I mooved here several years ago and because my wife was very ill for years and has since died, I wan't able to build our business, consequently never made any connection with existing businesses. 3. I have been involved in this for over 30 years and I don't know the legal allegations against Quixtar and I don't need to because I trust the sound judgment of the management and Co. policies. 4. As I understand it, we are not permitted to make any earning claims in the presentation and that is what I do and have taught all these years. 5. If you don't make any income claims, this is redundant. I admit that there are many opportunities that are scams and fraudulant and you don;t stop them because they know how to get around you. You can change anything you want but if they want to they will get around them so you can't stop them. They know your proceedures and enforcement capabilities and operate accordingly and illegally. Your kidding yourselves if you believe differently
