I am writing to express my concern with the FTC's proposed Business Opportunity Rule RS11993. I have had a very successful business with Herbalife since 1994, I have economic freedom, and I have helped hundreds of people to become healthier and wealthier. The provisions in the FTC proposed rule would cause a substantial burden in sponsoring new Herbalife Distributors, many of the prospects would not sing up after all the requiremnts they would have to go through, and they would lose a great opportunity to have a much better life! I would ask to revisit your proposal to take into account the significant burdens it would impose on legitimate, hard-working direct sellers such as Herbalife Independent Distributors.
