Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We have been in business about 5 years with Quixtar.com and have enjoyed the process. My wife and I feel some of the restrictions proposed may adversely affect our ability to conduct business effectively. *WIth regards to the waiting period, this is not a handgun. It is a business that allows people to be refunded the full amount of their business license and even the products provided at inception. They literally can't lose. Perhaps making this part stricter for renegade businesses would avoid further problems. *With regards to the list of prospects provided to the new business owner, they are able to meet other business owners at a weekly class/workshop. Furthermore, Quixtar has done a terrific job with providing much of this anyway with testimonials and the website: thisbiznow.com While other companies cannot provide quotes from national companies like Circuit City and Barnes & Noble, we should not be penalized for this. Perhaps a caviat to this to allow companies based on affiliate partnerships, like Quixtar, to provide quotes from these companies and people in them. Again, thank you for the opportunity to respond.
