Dear FTC, My wife and I have been involved with Network Marketing for many years, and yes there have been many poor opportunities that we have seen and some we have been a part of. We believe that there are many businesses not even under the MLM umbrella that are not the most up front. After reading this proposal we know that this would crush the MLM industry, and would be financially devastating to millions of America's who do networking with companies which are good for our economy. This type of a proposal would put many more America’s in the welfare lines and create even more bankruptcy. In my view it seems that most of the damage is done by company owners whom have scammed many people before and those owners turning around and do it over and over finding legal loopholes to start a new business. It seems this proposal does not start with the right issues and we are asking that this proposal be dropped. Thank You, Thomas Ferrier
