Dear FTC: I have been a very proud PartyLite Consultant for the past 5 years. The reason I chose to start my own business with PL is because of their committment to providing high quality products to consumers, a great income opportunity, and their integrity and beliefs. The income I've earned has allowed me to help my grandbaby's single struggling mom to keep her in daycare. It's also allowed me to help my family out in emergencies and also send my mother some extra spending money without hurting my budget. The proposals your are suggesting will only hurt my business and being able to do all the extra things for my family. As for providing my personal information and those of other people in PL - that would be an invasion of privacy. Would you feel comfortable giving out your information? Sharing the PartyLite opportunity with others is a wonderful thing. To be able to start your own business in a timely manner and be successful, isn't that what it's all about? Please reconsider the regulations you are proposing and please don't hinder those who are struggling. Let us continue to offer this wonderful opportunity to everyone interested. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Evela A. Gillette
