I READ THE FTC PROPOSAL SEVERAL TIMES. AS A BUSINESS OWNER OF TWO "TRADITIONAL" BUSINESSES I CAN APPLAUD YOUR EFFORTS IN WANTING TO KEEP BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES "CLEAN" AND, AS A BUSINESS OWNER FOR 4 *1/2 YEARS WITHT HE QUIXTAR ORGANIZATION, I APPLAUD YOUR EFFORTS IN WANTING TO KEEP INTEGRITY IN TACT. I CAN TURLY SAY THAT MY EXPERIENCES WITHIN THIS BUSINESS HAS IMPACT MY FAMILY AND MY LIFE THAT I HAD NO IDEA THAT THAT WOULD HAVE OCCURED.. PRIOR TO BECOMING A BUSINESS OWNER WITH QUIXTAR, MY BUSINESS PRINCIPLES WERE SHALLOW, CLIMB THE COPORATE LADDER, "BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY", WAS MY MAIN PHILOSOPHY. I HAVE SINCE LEARN MUCH BETTER THROUGH THE TEACHINGS AND PRINCIPLES TAUGHT MY SENIOR ASSOCIATES. AND, FORTUNATELY, I HAVE PASSES THESE SAME MENTORING GUIDELINES TO MY FELLOW ASSOCIATES WITHIN OUR ORGANIZATION. EACH ASSOCIATE WITHIN OUR ORGANIZATION CAN CONFIDENTLY SAY THAT THEY WERE GIVEN CARTE BLACHE TO ASK QUESTIONS, REVIEW AS OFTEN AS NEEDED BUSINESS MATERIALS, ATTEND BUSINESS CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND LOCAL SEMINARS, BEFORE BECOMING A PART OF THE TEAM. FTC, I APPLAUD YOU FOR PRESENTING THIS PART OF THE PROPSAL. FOR YOU SEE...WE'RE ON TRACK, ALREADY! I HAVE SEEN OUR SENIOR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES MENTOR AND COAH PROSPECTIVE ASSOCIATES ABOUT LIFE, INTEGRITY, AND ESTABLISHING GOLAS TO HELP OTHERS AS WELL AS THEMSELVES. UNDERSTANDING THE IMPORTANCE OF SPIRITUAL RICHNESS AND FAMILY PROSPERITY, BECAUSE WITH THESE ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS, MONETARY WEALTH IS MEANNGLESS. WORKING CONSISTENTLY AT YOUR GOALS IS ONE OF THE PRIMARY THEME WITH IN THE QUIXTAR ORGANIZATION, REALIZING THAT SUCCESS OFTEN DOES NOT COME QUICKLY, BUT RATHER SYSTEMATICALLY. THESE ARE THE GUIDELINES THAT WE FOLLOW WITHIN OUR PARTICULAR ORGANIZATION. FTC, YOU ARE OFF THE MARK WHEN YOU PROPOSE THAT PERHAPS GENERATING A LIST OF BUSINESS OWNERS, THEIR INCOMES, AND PER MONTH ACTIVITY LEVEL. OR SIMILAR PUBLICATION S. THIS WITHOUT A DOUBT NEEDS TO BE DELETED. MY BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES HAVE TAUGHT ME THAT IT IS AN EFFORT IN FRUTILITY. BY NAUTRE HUMANS ARE SKEPTICAL. BELIEVE ME A LIST WILL NOT RAISE THE LEVEL OF BELIEF!! AGAIN, THE EMPHASIS IS NOT HOW A BUSINESS OWNER HAS FARED :"FINANCIALLY" BUT RATHER HOW HE/SHE HAS FARED IN CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT OF INTEGRITY, CONSISITENCY, GOAL-SETTING , PERSOANL AND TEAM GROWTH. THIS IS THE HALL MARK OF THE QUIXTAR ORGANIZATION. IT IS NOT ABOUT WHAT THE NUMBERS ARE ON MY CHECK. THE FOCUS IS ON ASSISTING MY FELLOW ASSOCIATES, WHETHER A "NEWBIE" OR THOSE MEMBERS THAT HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITHT THE ORGANIZATION FOR SEVERAL YEARS, THAT THIS BUSINESS, THE QUIXTAR ORGANIZATION IS ABOUT ATTAINABILITY: HOW TO ATTAIN SELF-CONFIDENCE, PERSONAL GROWTH AND SELF-WORTH, SPRITIUAL ENLIGHTMENT, FAMILY VALUES, AND INTEGRITY IN DEALING WITH OTHERS AND ESTABLISHING SOUND BUSINESS PRINCIPLES AND ETHICS. OH, YES, ECONOMIC WITH EFFORT ACCOMPLISHMENT! WITHIN ANY ORGANIZATION WHERE THERE ARE FOLKS WITH VAST TALENTS, ABILITIES, AND BELIEFS........ THERE WILL ALWAYS BE THOSE FOLKS WHO "WANNA DO" FOLKS WHO "SAY THEY ARE GONNA DO", AND THOSE FOLKS WHO "JUST DO IT" ON BEHALF OF MY ORGANIZATION, WE APPRECAITE YOUR SINCERITY, WE FUTHER APPRECIATE YOUR REASSESSING YOUR THINKING WITH REGARD TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROPOSAL.
