Comments:
1. The 7 day waiting period will slow down my business considerable. It makes no sense and it indicates the FTC does not understand business of any kind. The FTC does not require Goldman Sachs to wait seven days to purchase securities. 2. The reference requirement is not required for the buying and selling of securites. 3. Goldman Sachs never gave me a list of all the lawsuits they are involved in. 4. The plan is the plan what income disclosure would be required. 5. Stock brokers and real estate brokers/agents don't provide personal financial documents when they make claims.
