We agree in your making a level playing field for all bus. opportunities; however, with regards to our Quixtar Business: There is no need for a 7 day wait period because we have an exclusive no hassle money back guarantee. The requirement to give 10 other IBO contacts to my prospect is unfair and a serious privacy issue. To require us to pass out allegations or alledged lawsuits is extremely unfair in cost and time and resources we don't have. Illegal co.'s would not conform to this requirement anyway. To require different disclosures of income at every point we make in income examples would be absurd. We do not make outlandish claims in our Quixtar Business because that is counterproductive. We lie and people quit the business and no one makes anything but enemies. The proposed requirement to disclose financial records of other IBO's or other income substantiation is not what our business is based on. Some people are going to make a little money, some are going to make no money, but then there are those who will make a lot of money. Who decides this is the prospect themselves; no one else. As to our personal finances in regards to our business; this is our private information and is not open to anyone except in an official investigation. When we sit down with people to explain our business; we do not overstate the business parameters or the income potential or the fact that this business requires a lot of hard, dedicated work. The first thing we emphasis is our intent on making them our friends first. In order to do that we cannot lie to them; for if we do, we all have lost. We never register prospects on the first meeting, but encourage them to a 2nd and even 3rd meeting to get all their questions and concerns answered. The amount of money required to register varies with the prospect and can be from $31.00 to $125.00 plus taxes and shping costs. Never are there any hidden fees or add-ons. To require the proposals, as set forth, on the Quixtar IBO's would be a very costly burden, an extremely time consuming task, and would be an ineffective solution to the main purpose of protecting the consumer. In our Quixtar business and those that we associate with are all very much extremely honest people who would not even think about cheating others. Our business is based on presenting an option to people that otherwise would not have an option. Our low cost to register people is one of the greatest benefits to our business prospects. Add to that our money back guarantee; and you have a win-win situation for everyone.
