I mailed in paper letter today but had some other comments that I wanted to add. On the "7-day waiting period" issue, I find it offense that people who are interested in a legitimate business opportunity that only costs $149 would have to wait that long but someone who wants to buy a gun don't. Or someone who wants to purchase a car for $20,000 do not as well. Or how about a house -- I know that there is a 3 day right of recision on loans but even that is not 7 days. This regulation would make doing my business much more difficult and therefore harder for me to provide for my family. I strongly encourage the FTC to not allow this regulation to go into effect.
