i am oppose to the business opportunity rule R511993 , because the propose change will require more manpower to institute and will be costly. the additional cost will have to eventually be pass on to the consumer . the present policy in place works well, with out the cumbersome paper work and added cost.as a self employed person i think their is only so much that the government can regulate. at some point the person has to take on some responsibility in doing their own due deligence !!! imposing uneccesary regulation and paperwork will not keep the real crooks in doing their bad deed. while the honest and ethical businesses suffers and are being castigated!!! as a self employed, independent advisor for lia sophia jewelry, i plead that you do not pass the business opportunity rule R511993. i appreciate your time and consideration. sincerely, ellen bitters,
