Dear Sir, I am requesting that you reconsider your 'Trade Regulation Rule'. There are so many things in it that are unfair to the direct selling industry. No other businesses are forced to comply with such strenuous regulations. 1. 7 day waiting period-not needed-there's a satisfaction guarantee, is not required of other businesses 2. List of reference-that infringes on people's privacy, is not required of other businesses 3. List of lawsuits-turns false accusations into truths, lawsuits have gotten out of control and most are not truly justified -not required of other businesses 4. Income disclosures-we already have them. Personal income disclosure is invading personal privacy-not required of other businesses. To impose such requirements on the direct selling industry will drastically affect our growing economy. The American people do not need that and we don't need any of the provisions in this regulation. I'm asking you to seriously look at what they reguirements will do to us. Thank you for your time and understanding. Jackie Weeks
