To Whom It My Concern: I write to share my concern about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. As proposed, I feel it would greatly hinder my business growth and the same for those that would follow me and those before me. We operate a small home-based business as an independent XanGo distributor. We desperately need to grow our business for our livelihood. We are both well up in our 70s, thus more earned income is very important. If these proposed changes are imposed upon us, the likely hood of future growth is unlikely. Thus to earn any substantial income in the workplace probably couldn’t happen. We need to earn our support and not rely on Government programs, that we have always lived by. Please don’t take the American dream away. The XanGo Company product and marketing program allows us to operate in a fair and friendly atmosphere and marketplace. It would be very disheartening to see that disappear. The startup membership cost is only $35. and very little product inventory in needed maybe $150. to $300., less if that is to difficult. The seven-day rule and the disclosure of ten most recent sales would send a wrong message to everyone wanting the product or to be a distributor of both. We do our best to be fair and honest with everyone. Don’t allow those that choose otherwise to penalize and destroy free enterprise and the good. With Utmost Respect Orville D. York and Wanda L. York
