I believe that this legislation is unrealistic and will result in the distruction of many MLM business'. I understand the need to protect the public but this has gone WAY PAST reasonable methods! To require that the disclosure document be given to the prospect 7 days prior to being able to sign up is tantamount to distruction of these business'. It would be like requring a Doctor to provide disclosure of all ingrediants 7 days before medications could be purchased! This too would be insaine! I realize that Big Business is behind this as it is a means to ELIMINATE competition by the little guy! Who are you for? Big Business or the PEOPLE???!!! If this legislation pases I know the answer!! Big Business!!! Reject this proposition now and keep America free! Free Choice is the American way!
