Hello my name is Heinz Werner, and I appreciate the fact the the FTC is taking a part in protecting the public against fradulent business and such. However, I would like to point out that in the Quixtar business that Im involved with I have received the greatest help in building my business. I own a business and have owned other businesses like tanning salons. When I purchased the tanning salon, I received no help in building that business whatsoever and the upfront cost is very high. I was never asked to speak to other tanning salong owners before making the purchase and so took the risk all by myself. In the Quixtar business, I have gotten more help to build this business than ever and the upfront cost is a fractions fraction of any business and I get the luxury of buying products that I was already purchasing elsewhere. Please reconsider these proposed changes as they would hurt us in building our businesses and greatly slow our growth. Thank You Heinz Wenrer
