My name is Reggie, I have owned my business for coming up on three years. I have gained an enormous amount of knowledge that I have been implementing in my business. I was finishing up college when this opportunity was presented. I now am married and have a child. This business is going to enable me to leave a legacy for my family. Also for my mother and my siblings as well. I have not only gained applicable knowledge but have some great friends through this business opportunity. The rule if passed I believe will hurt Independent Business Owners that have not achieved finacial freedom yet. To have to devulge our personal income statements to new prospects is ludacris. If one has not made it to the level that the prospects are trying to get to they would probably think less of that IBO. Hense that will hurt us. A standard disclosure for all direct sellers would be appropriate. Also it is mentioned to every prospect that this business opportunity is not a get-rich-quick program, this takes alot of effort and work. If you are not willing to put the effort and work in you most likely will not succeed. A 7day waiting period is not reasonable if someone is interested. Also what someone has in past litigations or the companies legal actions or suits, have nothing to do with a new prospect viewing the business opportunity as an avenue for themselves. You think if someone whats to open up and own a public franchise they devulge all the lawsuits they have against them, it doesnt seem practical at all. Thank You for you time and consideration Sincerely Reggie Denney CEO
