Hi i arealy do honor the fact that the FTC is taking steps to help eleminate bogus home based businesses. However i think that the measures that they are taking is a little to harsh. With regards to the length of time that a prospect has to wait before signing up i think that the time that is being proposed is too long> This is a great country and people should have a choice to create wealth. If I had to get a job i could start work the following day if the boss says that it is ok. Most people who have jobs and retire cannot offord to live on pentions and the like. People should choose when they can start the Quixtar business because if done with good morals and the desire to help people then one can achieve great rewards for one's family. I have a visual disability and i have tried very hard to get a job. The Quixtar opportunity has helped me so much in that i can work from my home and make life alot better for my family. Our country was built on great men seeing opportunity and acting on them immideatly. I have been building the Quixtar business for the past three years and it has benn the best three years of my life. Based on my past expriences with jobs and the red tape that some of the jobs entails if i had to wait seven days to start and wait untill i got ten refrences of Ibos in my area and have finincial statements and lawsuits then i would have delayed my ability to generate income further. I mean Mcrosofr IBMCon Verizon OfficeMax all these companeys have lawsuits against then yet when we make a desitiont to associate or buy a product from these busineswses we make our desitions on if we like what they are offering. Why should it be different if we want not just to buy products but to own a business. After all it is our money and we should not be told how we should spend what we make. That is why this country is so great. We have the freedom to fail or succeed It is up to us to be allowed to make our choices in terms of how and or how soon we wish to invest our money in an opportunity that the FTC has all ready approved. Thenks for taking the time out to help make it beeter for the the prospect but i just think that seven days is too much time. Most people cannot wait that long to get a paycheck that they know is not cutting the mustard. So please reconsider the time frame. I think that two to three days is readonable. I also think that lawsuits are not required because some people just want easy money. The last thing i will say is that people will only sue a companey that they know is making money. They also sue because they know that the companey can offord to pay then if they win the suit. This country is great because it encourages people to do better. I do not care what people have done in the past i want to improve. We are being bombarded with so much negetive stuff why should we give people more. That is what all that lawsuits are, negetive. The people who are sueing they were involved. They saw something good. The fact that the FTC is saying that a prospect should have info ten years back is proof that the business wroks. The business has stood the test of time. So yes, put laws in place to help get rid of bad business but do not make the good ones suffer in the process I thank you for considering my coments. God bless the FTC.
