To the FTC, I appreciate your efforts to stand against fraud and deceptive games of some of the MLM people.. I just would like to add that of the people out there doing business, there are very few that are not playing by the rules. I have been a member in the XANGO business since August of 2005. I have had incredible results with the product, that I now share with friends. I do believe that with the rules that you are trying to pass now would inhibit legitimate practices as well as hinder the growth of anyone trying to build a business. Also, it would REALLY be a bad thing for people trying to get the product at a members cost and then have to wait for an additional 7 days to even be able to try the product the way it was ment to be used.. I for one AM AGAINST this new rule of waiting and all the other little things that seem to be put in place to slow down progress... So, for my vote and opinion .... I VOTE NO to the proposed rules Thank You Rich Ogilvie
