|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 437|
Comments:To Whom It May Concern: I've been an IBO almost 6 years and the benefits I've experienced go beyond the realm of the Quixtar business. The ability to build friendships with people from all walks of life and to be able to offer them the ability to better themselves financially, but also helping people better themselves personally. I've also experienced personal growth as I have progressed in my business. Everyone grows at different intervals, whether it's in business ownership or personally. At the time of registration, I was given more than enough information for me to make an informed decision. I was looking for an alternate way to make additional income and to eventually replace my income and retire from the corporate world. We show a 2-5 year plan to financial independence which is not a get rich quick plan. We teach get rich slow with a consistent flow of income which will be residual for the rest of your life, but we also inform our interested prospects that there is work involved in obtaining financial freedom(freedom is not free). We tell them the cost of registering is between $150-$165 depending on what product pack they choose to get started and that cost is fully refundable for the first 6 months if they choose not to pursue the opportunity. I believe is not beneficial to impose a 7 day waiting period on prospects. There are people who choose to wait longer than others and the people who are ready to make a committment before the 7 day period shouldn't be penalized and have to wait. That's the main reason Quixtar offers the 6 months money back guarantee if someone changes their mind not to pursue the opportunity. We also teach people to go to credible sources for info about Quixtar, such as Internet Retailer, and Quixtar facts.com. We're not looking for people who don't want their own business, we're looking for people who do. I don't want to waste my time with someone who doesn't want to pursue a business, I'm sure the prospect is not going to waste their time on something they don't want to do. The prospect is going to make their decision whether or not to become involved based on what their financial goals and dreams are, not the list of IBOs we give to the prospect. It doesn't matter what we say about the business that's going to impact their final decision. We can say everything positive about the business, but if the're not looking to become a part of our team, they won't. People who become involved in the Quixtar business and eventually disassociate themselves from Quixtar was a choice made by the IBO. The reason why people are successful and why people are not successful is due to their attitude, work ethic, easy or difficult to teach, and whether or not they quit. Success is truly right around the corner IF you don't quit. The specific earnings disclosure is a joke in my opinion. If you do the work consistently and persistently for a 2-5 yr period, you should be able to walk away from your job financially free. Most people don't follow what is taught, therefore, they shoudn't expect financial freedon in 2-5 years. People tend to blame others for mistakes they've made, in other words, not taking responsibility for the actions and decisions they've made. Quixtar has no control over the work ethic of every IBO, therefore, the IBO is in control of their financial future. Quixtar provide a means to obtain their financial goals and dreams. Quixtar(our supplier) and BWW(our educational system) work as a perfect system. The IBOs(people) are the variable that makes our business interesting. I don't share my income information with prospects or with other IBOs. Comparing incomes is not the answer. It goes back to what I said earlier; No matter what income figures we show to prospects, if the prospect is not looking for an opportunity to own a business, the prospect is not going to take his/her time or money to get involved.
