Dear FTC, please consider excluding small hobby businesses that do direct selling, (ie Stampin Up).If I am at a Stampin Up party the paperwork explains being a demonstrator , I have an already employeed person and a 1-800 # to take to administrative staff at any time. We are mostly stay at home moms, finding a hobby that brings in smaller amounts of money to keep us in supplies for scrapbooking memories.Your proposal is great for business where men or women have potential for scams or big business but in these small stay at home mom businesss it's run where we are not able to scam, etc. Don't take away our opportunity to raise the children we've been blessed with.Children raised in homes (not daycares)will have better morals ,values and if a parents home, they'll be less likely to get into criminal activity at a young age. Please,PLEASE take time to evalute an exclusion for these well organized, small scale businesses. If a business like Stampin up is allowed to operate maybe we could have ID's or something else to identify us as reps and exclude us from the new law. I DO so hope this does include laws or restrictions on these rampant internet scams preying on elderly or desperate people, That is greatly needed and will be a wonderful thing. Thank you for your time and consideration. Alicia Knight
