I believe this new Business Opportunity Rule CFR Citation: 16 CFR Part 437 would put an undue burden on the people in a small business such as I am a part of. I believe this would inhibit future customers and cause suspicion of whatever we are promoting. There will always be those who commit fraud no matter what rules we have, but America is supposed to be the land of opportunity, please don't allow this rule to pass. Thank you for your time.
