I have been a distributor for Xango for about six months now. My business has contributed both to our household income and raising my level of confidence. I conduct legitimate business and the new rules proposed would make my endeavor seem like a scam to many people. When you go to the grocery store they do not make you wait seven days to buy a bottle of juice, why should we? I am also sure that many of my customers would not like having their personal reference information given out to new people. Many of them have no interest in the business and just want to drink their juice in peace. A bombardment of phone calls from new prospects would not be welcomed. I appreciate that you are trying to protect us, but this new law would provide far more damage to legitmate home based business than it would hurt scammers. I have a lot of hopes for my Xango business in the future and this would make those dreams 100 times more difficult to realize.
