I have been an IBO with Quixtar for over 10 years and I felt it was very important for me to respond to the proposed changes in the way we are able to do our business. Quixtar is without a doubt the most honest, straightforward company I have ever been associated with. I have worked in corporate America and have been aware of dishonest business practices. That is why it is such a pleasure to be associated with a company that has always told me and my associates the truth about how the business operates I am aware that there are many dishonest businesses out there. They make false claims about how much money you can make. Basically they over-inflate success stories and make it seem that everyone makes money. That is just not the way we "recruit" people to join our business. I understand why you would be concerned about information given to those who are looking to do this business. But, forgive me for saying this, I feel you are going about this in the wrong way. I have always been completely honest with anyone I want to join my team. That is the way I was trained and that is the way I train the people I work with. That is the Quixtar way! I NEVER tell people how much money I am making. Quixtar has taught me that I show people the PV Bonus plan and tell them that they can make money if they are willing to put forth EFFORT. No effort-no money. It is as simple as that. To me that is logical and the way it should be. The up-front money is a joke. It is so little that anyone can afford it. Why is it necessary to give 10 references to a prospect who is spending very little money......and must be willing to put forth effort to get a return on that money? Honestly if a person makes no money back, that is the only reason it would not work. I feel that we have been very honest and above-board in the way we speak to people about our business. I really believe that what you are talking about implementing would greatly compromise my business! I have not had a job working for anyone else for over 8 years. My husband has a full-time job. Quixtar is my "job." I was able to stop working for anyone else because of Quixtar. It is an incredible business for anyone willing to "get off their butts" and do something. Please do not hamper our efforts to help other people to get out of their jobs like I have!!!
