We have been IBO's since Nov, 1991. We have built the Quixtar business to a level that gives us a monthly income. The friends we have made through the business are still good friends, even if they aren't in the business anymore. We feel that we were given all the info we needed to make a decision. We try to give the same complete info to anyone we sponsor. We always start by telling them it is not a get rich quick scheme, and they will have to work as hard as any other small business to get it started. If people had to wait 7 days to get started, it would hurt their business in the long run. When you get started, you are so excited, that you want to tell everyone. They can always get their money back if they aren't happy. The people we sponsored in those early days are still with us. I do not feel it would be approiate to share names of other IBO's with them. First, they may decide to register with one of them which would hurt our business. It also, would violate peoples right of privacy. They are always introduced to people that will help them with their business. We do not agree with the litigation list. If it only pertained to us, their spnosor, it would be fine. But Quixtar is huge. There will always be unhappy people with Quixtar, just has there are with realtors, mechanics, etc. We share with everyone when showing the business, the average monthly income of an IBO. It would not be right to share ours or anyone else. That could limit them. Anyone can make as little or as much as they want. We can show them how. But I wouldn't tell anyone coming to the bank I work in that they can only make what I make. They can go farther than me. We do hope your create a level playing field by requiring clear, simple and standardized income disclosures for all direct sellers. And people should be able to get their money back in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for listening to me.
