This is concerning Business Opportunity Rule, Section 5 of the FTC. While I can understand the need to limit fraud as much as possible, this Rule will only put more restrictions and further hamper our rights in a free enterprise marketing system. To regulate a free market enterprise system by penalizing all persons, even those who are honest and ethically trying to make a living, takes away our ability and freedom to operate as free citizens of this great nation in which we live. In what other area of sales, does a person have to wait seven days before a sale can be finalized? This is not a weapons purchase. Please consider these concerns before you make changes to this our free marketing opportunities.
