I am a Tastefully Simple consultant and have been for over 5 years. I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I believe that in its present form, it could prevent me from successfully operating my business as I have over the past 5 years. I understand that your mission is to protect the public from unfair and deceptive acts or practices. However, some of the sections in the proposed rule will make it very difficult for me to sell Tastefully Simple products and help others perhaps start a Tastefully Simple businesses of their own. Please reconsider this rule. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
