pLEASE RECONSIDER these regulations. Make them reasonable, not inclusive and evasive. I am glad the government is doing something to protect us from frauds. However this rule is going to make doing business close to impossible for honest people. THe dishonest will alwyas find away around it. I believe that all claims against businesses should be thoroughly investigated by the government and the result published in a location that is easy to access. Too many good businesses like quixtar have to undergo liabelous statements by people who have failed in life. Once again than you for looking out for me.
