Dear Sirs: We applaud the overall concept of the proposed rule changes. However, as a small, home-based business, in rural Wyoming, we are very concerned about the clause stating names of other business owners, in the area, must be provided to prospective business owners. In order to meet that clause, we would need to include a 100 mile radius, and most of the people would be complete strangers to us. Our business firm, Quixtar, provides comprehensive introductory materials for our use, and requires said materials be provided to all prospective business owners. Also, anyone who changes their mind and decides not to become a business owner is refunded 100% of their registration fees. We feel these terms are fair and equitable to all concerned.
