Comments:
Dear FTC, I have been involved with Network marketing for the past 10+ years. Some companies I have been with have worked out, and others have not. I am here to tell you that in all cases, whether I have made or lost money, I have learned and grown with each experience. Also I have never invested more than I thought I could handle in any of the companies, no matter how great I thought it is. There is no other business opportunity in America today where you can be "in your own" business with such little start up capital than in Network Marketing. My experience with Arbonne has been nothing short of incredible. The people that are here to help me build my business, the support through corporate trainings on line and the products, which I feel, speak for themselves all have contributed to this experience. By telling someone that they have to wait to get involved with something that excites them and has the potential to lead them to bigger and better things I feel is unfair. It's unfair to the prospect and it is unfair to the consultant. We live in a best country in the world. A country built on the freedoms our founders fought for. There is no other place on earth where you can achieve everything your heart desires if you are committed to it, work hard for it and never give up. This is the power of Network Marketing. The system works so long as business is done ethically and within company guidelines. Arbonne International has from day one stressed the importance of conducting our business in that fashion. In fact, my up line has stated numerous times that our long term livelihoods are far to important than the short term gain of unscrupulous business tactics In closing, I'd like to say that I am happy and grateful for the opportunity to be involved in this incredible business model of Network Marketing. I have worked hard to get where I am and would find it more difficult in the future should these new rules take effect. Please consider my comments when making this decision. Sincerely, Nicholas DeMayo
