To require network marketers to follow all the provisionsyou are requesting would make it impossible to conduct an online marketing business. You talk about privacy for the consumer. What about our privacy? It's tough enough to get the business from your competition (not many of the thousands of entrepreneurs are as successful as the big names seem to portray)for instance, to have to wait a week while your prospect considers your offer,it would just about ruin one's business. I know there is a lot of scams going on but there many more legitimate marketers who are tryuing to eke out a small piece of the market and your regulations would wipe us out. I realize that work on spam has helped a great deal on eliminating it (I don't get nearly the amount I used to.) But please be cautious as to what you are proposing to do. A Very Concerned Marketer
