As a direct selling professional, I am very concerned about the new Business Opportunity Rule as it would dramatically affect the way I currently bring people into the company I am affiliated with. Many of my team members come into the company as personal use consultants and then later decide to do the business actively. If I were required to provide such lengthy investigate reports to every single person I presented the opportunity to it would drastically discourage anyone from joining the great company that I represent. It would also put a large administrative/ non-productive burden on me- more time taken away from contributing to our economy. I would be very disheartened if this Business Opportunity Rule came into law.
