To Whom It May Concerm: I have just become a member of the Zango Distributor Organization and have read the proposed changes that you are looking for to protect consumers and distributors. While I agree with some of your propositions there are some I disagree with. The first and foremost is the listing of my name and address. It is enough that I am swamped with over 220 spam emails for illegitamate business' without the Government now giving out my personal private informatin,. This is an invasion of my privacy. Zango has my personal informationand I believe that this is enough for their purposes. The second item I disagree with isthe raising of the amount to start a distributorship to $500.00. The company I worked for for 27 yrs went out of business after 74 yrs and both my now termiallyl ill husband and I lost our jobs. I amtrying to raise to sons with NO help from the government. If this was raised to $500.00 I would not be able to afford to try an start a business and try and earn money. This happens to be a product I believe in. I worked for a wholesale floral; business for 27 yrs and did accounting ran offices etc and Secretary to President all that time and believe I know how Business practices should be. And I would abide by rules for refunds etc. Before I even tried to start selling this product, I have used it now for 2 weeks. Theh first week I followed their guildlines for taking the product. The second week I doubled it to 2 ounces 3 times a day. I want you to know that for me.....I have not been withour pain for over 3 yrs in my legs and back..no pain pills ever helped me...had great difficulty walking and performing the part time job I do have. Plus I have no medical coverage at this time even to get prescriptions. I have no carteledge in my knees and have arthritus all through my body. I am 53 yrs old with a 19 and 12 yr old sons and could not do things with them..Also my legs are always swollen. Also ulcer etc. Sine I started this week with the increased amount on Monday.,i can walk...i worked 9 hours today with no Aleve...and came home able to walk. And no problems with ulcer etc.....and my legs are not swollen. m No pills ever did that for me before. My brother told me about this product and has similar things wrong and more,. I would not have believed this had he not told me what it has done for him and now see for myself. I would not sell a product like this without seeing my own results. I am not sure that this is what you want to hear, but I believe that it is very important. There are many unscruplus companies out there , I agree but this is not one of them that i can see. I agree rules need to be set, but I also think your guildlines may be a bit strict for true businesses. Thank you for allowing me to voice my thoughts and opinions. This is my first time to be able to do this with anything and anyone listening to what I have to say. I hope what I have to say helps in you making your decision. Thank you Sincerely, Gail Kochis
