To Whom It May Concern: RE: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 I have been working with direct selling with Xango since January 2006 and have been very pleased with the integrity and honesty of the company. It has truly been a blessing financially for our family and the product is tops in my books. Since I've been affiliated with referral marketing, I have become a more confident person and have enjoyed helping other people. I understand that you have concerns about unscrupulous companies and must keep them at bay, but I'm very concerned about how the new ruling will affect legitimate direct selling companies, such as Xango. It clearly will have a detrimental effect on legitimate direct selling businesses and will further hurt the free enterprise system. There are very many people who are like me that have to work extra jobs to make ends meet and direct selling happens to be one that has truly been a blessing for me. Please DO NOT approve ruling, R511993. It is totally unfair and could devastate legitimate businesses such as ours. Go after the unscrupulous businesses ; not the ones that are totally fair and have good business practices in place. Thank You, Carolyn Keeling
