Dear Sirs, Thank You for listening to this comment and allowing me to comment on this VERY IMPORTANT issue. While a very small minute part of this bill may in some way affect sleazy marketers, it will be ruinous to real people trying to make any kind of honest effort to run a home based business in Network Marketing. There are way too many attempts to take away my and others freedoms to create and run a business on my own in any meaningful way. The personal information alone a person would have to disclose is in violation of so many current laws and standards this proposal should never have even seen the light of day. Watching out for people is one thing. Placing unnecessary burdens on an entire business because of extremely few scumbags makes no sense at all. Some people will be taken in by scammers and are every day no matter what laws are on the books. This law serves no one in any way. The only thing this law does is take a direct strike at Network Marketing and try to put it ouf business. A ton of revenue is generated and even more taxes because it does operate very freely within the current limits it already has. I fully believe this law would affect only those who are honestly trying to make more of themselves. To be free to live life and create a business that gives them those resources to do so. If you look at any successful Network Marketing company, they have tons of people who are very close friends and associtates because of their business. Please do not adopt this proposal in any way as it not providing benefit to anyone. Especially those you think it will inhibit as they will not even look twice at this. All of honest folks who are doing our level best to make a change in our lives would be left in the dark. Suppressed by you from enjoying the freedom we were menat and intended to have since the founding of this great nation. Thank You, David Craft
