I am new to direct sales and am sure I do not understand completely what the ramifications are of this proposal. I do believe the changes will make direct sales more difficult and may cause many to not even try something they could have been very successful at. I would hate for an opportunity to be profitable, contributing-working, citizens to be passed by because of delays and difficult paper work processes.
