Regarding Business Opportunity Rule R511993: I am against this. I encourage you to vote NO. We have this home business, my wife is a stay at home Mom. The sign up fee for Xango is only $35. A case of Xango is about $120. To make someone wait 7 days before beginning would pose a real hardship with my business. Sometimes I recruit on the road and this would make things very difficult. Needing to provide a list of the 10 geographically closet distributors would be impossible. I have no idea of all those in Pocatello, for example. Where would I get that information?? Also I DON'T want my name and information available to everyone else out there. I am sure you have good intentions with this law, and there are those companies out there that need more restrictions, but this would harshly hurt my company. I would hope you would rethink this.
