FTC RE: Business opportunity Rule R511993 I write this letter to you in response to the upcoming Congressional debate on unfair business practices. While I agree that there are many companies “out there” who are deceptive in their practices, the company I have recently started with does not fit in that category. I have not been promised any “pie in the sky” get rich scheme with which to supplement my income. I have , however, been given the opportunity to make of my home based business whatever I wish to make of it. The American Dream has in large part been based on the premise of being willing to take the risk. That risk is totally mine to take at a very nominal price. The fact is , one can get into the business for a very small “investment” of $35.00. I chose to get into the business for the distributor fee of $35. 00 plus a very small amount to purchase the product on a monthly basis . In doing that I have had the opportunity to try the product so I will know for a fact if its claims are true. I can say that so far, I am COMPLETELY satisfied with its claims. Again, Xango tm. , has given me the opportunity to take a product which carries with it tremendous health benefits [Again , I know this for a fact because in the relatively brief time I have used Xango, I have already benefited in a great way from its health properties. Also, my wife who has suffered from acid reflux for years has seen significant improvement with that health problem]. I look forward to marketing the product with the assurance that (1) I am working with a company that has been totally honest with me in their marketing approach., and (2) Have given me an opportunity to supplement my income in my retirement years., and (3) have given me an opportunity to market a product which , from personal experience carries with it the possibility of health benefits for many people.
