Comments:
I was presented with the business at a meeting where I had the opportunity to meet several other business owners and talk to them. I was told it was not get rich quick, it required work. I was given information to read and listen to. I was not pressured to register. That was my decision. It would violate my privacy for other people to provide my information as a reference and I would not want to do the same to other people. Other corporations are not required to provide information on litigations to prospective employees or associates. We do not disclose incomes of specific people. We have a form, SA4400, that gives the average monthly gross income. It would violate ones privacy to be required to give specific earning disclosures. We do not provide our prospects with our personal income and surely do not feel it is appropriate to require us to do so. I believe that in this new FTC proposal, there are several requirements that would cripple my ability to do business and would do nothing to prevent dishonest people from building their business in a dishonest way.
